OTMS

Booking (confirm shipping date ten working days in advance and submit written shipment entrustment). 

Booking is required to provide 16 copies of the "Certificate of use Identification results of outbound dangerous goods Transport Packaging", referred to as "dangerous package Certificate", in 16 English versions of MSDS electronic version; 

At the time of declaration, it is necessary to provide an electronic version of the 16 original English versions of the "dangerous package Certificate" (MSDS); 

Technical specification for dangerous goods form: the original seal of the user who needs to affix the dangerous package certificate the above document should be provided five days before the departure of the ship. 

Documents required for customs declaration. 

Customs declaration power of attorney; export declaration form; invoice and case list (English); product description (in Chinese); other related documents, can be confirmed by single ticket. 

Inspection (spot check)-> Customs release-> entry-> ship departure-> charge settlement
